Participating specialists will provide 20% savings off their usual and customary charges.

You can nominate a dentist for participation in the network by visiting our online provider search tool and selecting "NOMINATE A PROVIDER." Careington will contact the provider about joining our network. As network participation is at the provider's discretion, we will make every effort to successfully recruit your dentist. Because we carefully screen each new provider, this process may take 60 to 90 days before a new provider is active on our plan.

Once you've enrolled in the plan, your plan materials and ID card will be sent to you electronically and by standard mail before your plan effective date.
