Once you have joined the plan and received your membership kit, simply follow these directions to start using your membership card!
1 Sign up for the Careington Dental Discount Plan.
2 Locate a participating dental office.

3 View your dentist's discounted fees.
You'll find a sample savings chart on the home page and can also view a particular provider's schedule of discounted fees by clicking on the fee schedule link available in the provider search results. You can also call Careington Concierge Services at (844) 377-3368.
4 Schedule your appointment.
When calling a participating provider's office to schedule an appointment, please refer to your membership card for proper network identification.
5 Present your ID card to save money at the time of service.
You are responsible for paying the provider the entire discounted fee at the time service is provided.
